CHILD POLICY

* Children between 0-5 years - complimentary
* Children between 6-12 years - Rs.450/- per child, per day sharing parent's room without an extra bed inclusive of package meals & taxes & Rs.750/- per child, per day sharing parent's room with an extra bed inclusive of package meals & taxes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The above Special Rates are inclusive of all taxes and are non-commissionable.
2. ADVANCE PAYMENT: 100% advance payment on confirmation of booking or as per validity.
3. MODE OF PAYMENT: By Demand Draft in favor of “Hotel Pong View” payable at Dharamshala. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUTSTATION CHEQUES.
4. REFUND: No refund for short stays and unavailed facilities.
5. JURISDICTION: All disputes are subject to Dharamshala Jurisdiction only.
6. CHECK-IN/OUT: 12 NOON

CANCELLATION RULES & REGULATIONS

* Less than 7 days but more than 5 days : 25% of the package price.
* Less than 5 days but more than 3 days : 45% of the package price.
* Less than 3 days or no show : No refund.
* No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.
* The Hotel reserves the right to alter or withdraw in facilities provided under these packages.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to a confirmation from the Hotel.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All bills will be payable on the rates applicable during check-in.
Check out time 12:00 noon.
